• ULTRASEAL is a liquid gel product, easily installed in minutes through the tyre valve without removing the wheels providing your vehicle with permanent protection against punctures 6mm in diameter (up to 12mm off – road).
• ULTRASEAL completely coats the inside of the tyre providing a barrier which maintains your tyre pressures (this makes them last longer and gives greater fuel efficiency), stops leaks and punctures and will control most blowouts.

Balance: Ultraseal cannot cause a balance problem; the problem must be pre-existing. The Ultraseal Technician Manual notes that any tyre/rim assembly requiring more than 85 grams to effectively balance the tyre is an indication that there is an existing problem. When installing Ultraseal in to a tyre/rim assembly where balance is unknown, it is important to visually inspect the rim for damage.

  • Will not rust wheels or damage the steel belts inside tyres.
  • Is a preventative maintenance product, which provides protection for the life of the tyre and beyond.
  • Will not freeze at temperatures of -40C and remains effective at temperatures in excess of +90C.
  • Seals punctures caused by puncturing objects up to 12mm in diameter.
  • Is accepted by the Major Tyre Manufactures as not voiding tyre warranty.
  • Significantly reduces the number of flat tyres, blowouts and tread separation.
  • Reduces internal dry rot and deterioration by keeping tyre casings moist and pliable.
  • Prevents air migration by continually coating the casings interior to fill cracks and stopping porosity leaks which helps maintain the tyres air pressure.
  • The tyre will run much cooler, therefore helping extend its life considerably.

 

ENVIRONMENTAL CONSIDERATIONS

• Is an aqueous glycol solution classified as NON-TOXIC, NON-HAZARDOUS.
• It flushes out with water, with no residual stickiness or compound remaining inside the tyre.
• Is non-flammable, and safe for air transportation.
